Since this family business was established in 1977, St Ives Motor Company has been supplying and servicing new and used cars for their ever growing customer base in St. Ives, West Cornwall and in fact all over the UK.

Established as a Partnership between John Wells and John Gilmore the business grew throughout the 80's and 90's until John Gilmore retired in the summer of 2000.

Since then the business has moved on with John Wells' two sons and daughter joining the highly experienced sales and service teams to ensure the future of the company.

As the business landscape of St. Ives changes we are the last franchise garage remaining and following the closure of Roaches Garages (we can say the name now!!) we are the only petrol station on the main road in and out of St. Ives.
